Blackbrook starts work on two logistics sheds near Birmingham

Blackbrook has started developing two units offering 450,000 sq ft of logistics space in the ‘Golden Triangle’ industrial area south of Birmingham.

The facilities are designed to meet demand from a wide range of occupiers, with five-ton floor load capacities and 15m clear heights.
