BMO REP makes £24m triple UK asset purchase

Canada’s BMO Real Estate Partners has agreed the purchase of a trio of assets across the UK for a total of £24.25m.

The real estate arm of the £198bn BMO Financial Group has acquired an office in Glasgow for £9.75m, a warehouse property in Horsham for £7.5m and agreed the forward-purchase of an industrial scheme in Milton Keynes for £7m in three separate deals.
