BNP Paribas begins ATIS takeover with 49% buy

BNP Paribas has bought the stake from venture capitalist Vendome Rome and Credit Lyonnais private equity, which bought Weatherall Green & Smith as it was then known, in October 2001. ATIS Real will be merged with the bank's property arm BNP Paribas Immobilier.
