Flexible workspace provider The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a deal to open its 30th site at 71-73 Carter Lane, overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral.

The London-based operator has signed a 10-year lease to take space in the 14,000 sq ft building which is owned by its parent company, Moorgath Group. The flexible workspace aspect will comprise of 21 design-led, boutique offices across five floors, incorporating 237 workstations and is set to open in November.
