BPF poll reveals growing optimism about long-term outlook

Industry leaders have become more optimistic about the long-term outlook for UK real estate – but appetite to undertake development this year has fallen, according to a survey of British Property Federation members.

Last year, just under half of respondents to the survey (48%), which was conducted by the BPF and Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, said they felt confident in the industry’s performance over the next five years. This increased to 55% in this time around.
