Orbit Developments Southern has secured Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group as a tenant at its Brentside Executive Park in Brentford.

The surgery group, carry out more cosmetic surgery and non-surgical procedures in the UK than any other operator, has taken an 18,500 sq ft self contained two storey office building on a 25 year lease, at Brentside Three.

It will customise part of the building to provide office space as well a cosmetic surgery hospital including two operating theatres, a day ward, as well as single en-suite bedrooms for patients requiring overnight stays.

Jon Milton, managing director at Orbit Southern, said: ‘Our location was an influential factor in Transform’s decision to move to Brentford, as it wanted to situate its new London hospital in an area that could be easily accessed from Central London, the national motorway network and Heathrow Airport.'

The 90,000 sq ft business park comprises four campus style office buildings and is located in a prominent position on Great West Road.

Other occupiers at the fully let business park include Hill Spink Properties, Page One Communications and Cable and Wireless.

Nigel Robertson, CEO of Covenant Healthcare, Transform’s parent company, said: ‘Brentside Three offers the ideal solution to meet our detailed requirements and we are looking forward to starting work on the new hospital very shortly, which is due to open in July 2009.'
