A British Land and Rosemound joint venture has sold a 300,000 sq ft (27,870 sq m) warehouse at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) for £23.5m to Sun Life Unit Assurance.The price reflects an initial yield of 6.65%.
