The Serviced Apartment Company (SACO) has acquired its first two sites since being bought by Brookfield in a £430m deal as it looks to expand its Locke aparthotels business.
SACO, now owned by a private real estate fund sponsored by Brookfield Asset Management, has purchased a site in Southwark, London and another in the north docks of Dublin as part of proposed nationwide expansion of itsleisure-focused Locke aparthotel brand.
