BT has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle’s western corridor team to market its 187,100 sq ft office in Hemel Hempstead.

The building is one of the largest available in the south east.

The JLL team will market the Westside building, which can accommodate 500 staff on one floor plate.

Guy Parkes, head of JLL’s western corridor office, said it was a good start to the new year for the JLL .
