Canmoor secures first new occupier at Westway Park in record deal

Developer Canmoor has secured its first new occupier since acquiring Westway Park in Renfrew near Glasgow in the largest industrial deal in Scotland this year.

Canmoor acquired the park from administrators for £40m in March and has now secured outdoor supplies company and Blacks of Greenock owner AMG Group on a 10-year lease for a new 113,000 sq ft distribution centre. The deal has a five-year break option on Units K1 and K2.
