CB Richard Ellis has bought French residential services company Guy Neplaz Conseil for an undisclosed amount
The company was founded by Guy Neplaz in 1996 and focuses on the sale of residential properties and development land opportunities.
It is headquartered in Paris and has 13 staff, which will join CBRE’s existing residential team in France.
CBRE president Mike Strong said the purchase of GNC would complement its existing services, and that the residential arm was an important part of its French business.
