Chancerygate secures planning for Wigston industrial scheme

Planning approved - Genesis Park in Wigston will comprise 15 units totalling 128,000 sq ft (CGI of development pictured)

Chancerygate has secured planning permission to build 127,975 sq ft of light industrial and warehousing space in Wigston, near Leicester.

Work is expected to start on the speculative development, named Genesis Park at the end of November. The scheme will comprise 15 freehold and leasehold units ranging in size from 4,785 sq ft to 18,510 sq ft.
