CB Richard Ellis' head of national office agency James Brounger is moving to the firm's Southampton office to take up the role of deputy managing director.

Rob Madden, who joined CBRE following the takeover of Holley Blake two years ago, replaces Brounger as head of office agency (national markets).

Chris Williams continues as head of tenant representation at the firm.

Brounger said: 'I will continue to be very much involved with clients and this gives me the chance to become part of a broader range of transactional activity.'

Brounger has been at CBRE for 21 years, and head of national office agency for seven.

Madden, who will now lead the South East-focused, 12-strong team, said he was keen to expand the business and fortify CBRE's leading position.
