Cheyne Capital funds £40m Stoke affordable housing scheme

Cheyne Capital has partnered with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Homes England on a £40m affordable homes scheme.

The project will see 379 new homes built in the West Midlands city on cleared brownfield land and at an old housing scheme.
