CIT introduces Asprea to Stuart

CIT Group has signed up the first tenant at the refurbished 118,205 sq ft Stuart House in Peterborough city centre. Asprea, the claims management arm of Carillion, is taking 5,580 sq ft on the first floor for its customer contact centre. Bidwells and Savills acted for CIT
