City & General to buy office area in Royal Exchange

Mark Steinberg's City & General is set to buy the office element of the Royal Exchange (pictured) in the City of London for £25m. The 6,500 sq m (70,000 sq ft) office element is being sold by the Corporation of London and the Mercers Company through DTZ.
