City West Housing Trust has leased nearly 22,000 sq ft in Centenary House in Eccles.
The not-for-profit housing company has taken the fourth floor in the 100,000 sq ft building from the Visage Group.
The building, is clothing retailer Visage’s headquarters, and the firm occupies the first and second floors.
It was completed at the beginning of the year and is on the edge of Trafford Park.
The third floor, totalling 22,2000 sq ft, is still available.
