Vincent Tchenguiz's Consensus Business Group is not part of the consortium, formed by Jack Petchey and Glenn Maud, that purchased a 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sq m) warehouse in Bremerhaven, Germany, and placed a €100m (£70.2m) retail portfolio under offer, as reported (news, 07.04.06).
