Clarion chief joins CBRE as affordable housing consultant

CBRE has appointed the chief executive of the UK’s largest affordable housing provider as its new consultant for housing associations and affordable housing.

Keith Exford CBE has been appointed to the new role after a 30-year career in the housing association sector. Most recently he was chief executive at Clarion Housing and was instrumental in leading Affinity Sutton into its merger with Circle Housing in 2016 to create Clarion. Prior to that, he held chief executive positions at both Broomleigh and Wandle Housing Associations.
