Clearbell gains planning for Kodak House refurb

A fund managed by Clearbell Capital has received planning permission for refurbishment works at Kodak House in London’s Midtown.

The building at 65 Kingsway was acquired by the Clearbell Property Partners III fund in May 2019, with the intention of refurbishing the office accommodation.
