Clearwater looks for a piste of the action

It is understood that Clearwater, which is currently masterminding developments in Greenwich Reach and Kingston, has had talks with private developer Leisure Villages in a bid to gain a foothold in the 92,900 sq m (1m sq ft) scheme at the former Lloyds Metal Group site.
