Clydesdale Bank has agreed terms to take 15,630 sq ft at Stockland’s 33 Gracechurch Street office scheme in the City of London.

The bank is taking the fifth and sixth floors at the 100,000 sq ft building on a 10 year lease at a rent of £49/sq ft.

Stockland bought the building in January last year and carried out a refurbishment programme.

Strutt & Parker and Knight Frank are letting agents.
