Colliers CRE is moving its 60-strong Midlands office to become the first major tenant in Argent’s 11 Brindleyplace in Birmingham.

It has signed a five year lease for 5,600 sq ft at the building and will relocate from Embassy House on Church Street.

It can also expand into the rest of the space as part of flexible lease terms.

The developer of Brindleyplace, Argent, has also taken space in the 107,000 sq ft building and is due to move in March.

David Smeeton, head at Colliers CRE in Birmingham said: ‘By taking the entire top floor of the building the whole team will be all together for the very first time.

‘The benefit of adaptable floorplates and flexible short leases means that we can accommodate our continued growth without the associated pressures of long term commitments.’

GBR Property and GVA Grimley are letting agents at 11 Brindleyplace.
