Cushman & Wakefield has poached Atisreal’s London head of hotels Stephen Richardson, to lead its Europe, Middle East and Africa hospitality valuations division.
The appointment of Richardson was announced this morning.
During his 30 year career with Atisreal, he advised on deals including Marriott hotels as well as providing advice on hotels including Le Meridien, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt International.
Nick Pattie, managing director of Cushman & wakefield Hospitality, EMEA said: ‘He will be focusing on co-ordinating the existing valuations team and bolstering the team’s pan-European portfolio of valuation work.’
