Cushman makes double hire for German expansion

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Luisa Rotthaus and Martin Höfler from JLL to launch a new German office in Düsseldorf.

The duo, who bring more than two decades combined experience, will be tasked with opening Cushman’s sixth location in Germany following Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Munich and Leipzig.

Starting with an office agency for commercial rentals, Cushman & Wakefield plans to successively add other services from its portfolio to the new location at Schadowstraße 56, Düsseldorf, to make it a full-service site.
