KP Group bought the office at a 7.25% net initial yield. The property comprises 4,723 sq m (50,840 sq ft) and is let to PriceWaterhouse-Coopers with 15 years unexpired on the lease. The rent is £370.50/sq m (£34.42/sq ft).
