German open-ended fund manager DIFA has paid insurer Winterthur €94m (£63m) for a 60% stake in Amsterdam’s 35-storey Rembrandt Tower in its first investment in the country. The Dijkhuis family owns the remaining 40% stake. Savills advised DIFA.
