Double appointment as Apex Airspace eyes growth

Specialist developer Apex Airspace has made two new senior appointments as it targets expansion in ”a significant year in the growth of airspace development”.

To date, roof-space developer Apex has completed two projects at Wilmott Place and Abbey Road in the London Borough of Camden, both of which involved building a large penthouse apartment above an existing office building – and the company estimates there is £20bn worth of untapped development on rooftops owned by housing associations and local authorities alone in London.
