The future of Red Door Venture’s £120m purchase of the Collective’s scheme at Old Oak is uncertain after a change of leadership in Newham Council, parent of the PRS development company.

The acquisition was originally announced in December but completion is now in doubt after a change of mayor within Newham Council from the Labour party’s Sir Robin Wales, to Rokhsana Fiaz.
