Six more fee earners have left DTZ, the beleaguered property agents – including leading investment agent John Slade.

The senior departures are a further blow to the troubled agency and Paul Idzik, the group’s controversial chief executive. 'We seem to be losing anyone who has ever made us any money,' said one senior insider.

'If this continues we won’t have anyone left who can do deals when the good times return,' he added.

Idzik, the former chief operating officer of Barclays Capital, has embarked on a deep cost-cutting programme since his appointment as chief executive last year.
