has given planning consent for the €700m (£476m) Northern Quarter scheme in north Dublin. The 1.4m sq ft scheme, designed by HKR Architects, will have 47 shops, 17 restaurants and bars, a 152-bedroom, four-star hotel and 189 flats. Centros Miller is the preferred developer.
