Ebbsfleet DC approves plans for new industrial and resi schemes

Ebbsfleet Development Corporation’s planning committee has approved proposals for a new industrial estate and a new 100-unit residential development in the city.

The former will see Benrose Property demolish the Rod End Industrial Estate in Northfleet and replace it with an enlarged scheme. The current site, which is a quarter occupied, contains 22 units, while the new development will contain 19.
