Eden Farm, the national food wholesaler specialising in ice cream and convenience frozen food, has agreed to a 73,000 sq ft pre-let at HBD’s Butterfield Business Park in Luton.

HBD, formerly known as Henry Boot Developments, is to begin construction this month, and Eden Farm’s space will be completed towards the end of the year. It has appointed Marbank to build the space and extend the park’s existing arterial road, unlocking further plots.

The letting follows the recent completion of 10 new units at the park, totalling 83,000, all of which either sold, let or under offer.

Adrian Schofield, Senior Director at HBD, said: “The scheme is injecting much-needed new stock into the market, and is proving a real draw for businesses who rely on fast access to the transport network.”

The agents for Butterfield Business Park are Adroit Real Estate, LSH and Cushman & Wakefield.
