Enterprising Muse sells final phase of Eurocentral

Muse Developments has forward-sold the final phase of its enterprise zone development at Eurocentral, near Glasgow, for £33m. It has sold 229,000 sq ft of industrial development to a syndicate of private investors arranged by Regent Capital called the 2010/11 Eurocentral Distribution Syndicate.
