Everyman deal locked up by Wykeland at Treadmills

Boutique cinema operator Everyman has signed as the leisure anchor for the £17m redevelopment of a former prison in North Yorkshire.

Everyman has signed for a 11,000 sq ft unit at the Treadmills scheme above three new restaurant units at the regeneration scheme being developed by the Central Northallerton Development Company: a joint venture between Hambleton District Council and Wykeland Group.
