Federated Hermes and CPP launch JV to develop Silverstone Park

Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) will pay £135m to jointly own business technology park Silverstone Park through a joint venture (JV) with Federated Hermes Inc, an investment manager acting on behalf of BTPS (BT Pension Scheme).
