Fenchurch Estates has completed its low carbon headquarters office building at Beaufort Park near Bracknell.

The 49,035 sq ft grade-A speculative development, which occupies eight acres within 56 acres of protected heath land located in Thames Valley has also obtained planning permission for a 3,200 sq ft extension

It will be quoting £28.50 sq ft in the building, which Fenchurch claims will produce half the carbon emissions requirement and could achieve annual occupier savings of £10/sq ft.

Mark Fernandez, managing director of Fenchurch, said: ‘We have calculated that an occupier at Beaufort Park will achieve a 70% saving on energy costs when compared to a similar pre 2002 office building’

He added: ‘Companies which simply aim to comply with the paperwork will incur additional costs and risk their reputations in an ever increasingly eco-aware consumer environment.’

Fryer Holt and Strutt & Parker are agents acting on the scheme.
