First closing for BMO REP Residential Europe Fund

BMO Real Estate Partners (BMO REP), the pan-European property investment and asset management arm of BMO Global Asset Management, has announced the first closing of its recently launched BMO Residential Europe Fund, which has a target investment volume of €800m (£683m).
