First Panattoni brings in Burn to open northern office

Industrial developer First Panattoni has continued its UK expansion with the appointment of former db symmetry development director Daniel Burn to head up a new northern office in Manchester.

Last year, Property Week revealed that the California-headquartered developer Panattoni was undertaking an “aggressive £300m spec development programme in the UK” after merging with First Industrial in September.

The newly established UK division has allocated £525m for UK land purchases in 2018/19 and is currently underway with over 3,500,000 sq ft of development.
