Mark Fisher has taken over in the top job at Victoria-based office agent Tuckerman Commercial.
Fisher, who had previously been a director specialising in office investment at the company, is now managing director. Philip Martin, also a previous offices director, is the new financial director.
The change follows the retirement of Terry Osborne as MD in December.
Osborne is now a consultant to the business.
Fisher said the company, which specialises in office investment, agency and valuations, would continue with its traditional range of services but would also be looking to seek new opportunities.
