Fordgate plots fast turn on London offices

Hammerson sold 21 Moorfields, EC2, and Grant Thornton House and 40 Melton Street, NW1, to Fordgate earlier this week. However, Fordgate is already in talks with a consortium of offshore private investors to sell the two NW1 buildings, plus another, City Gate House in Southwark Bridge Road, SE1.
