FORE Partnerships managing partner Basil Demeroutis and Lendlease’s head of workplace Alison Webb are among several new speakers to join the stellar line-up for Property Week’s Workspace 2019.

Demeroutis will join a panel debating the valuation of properties let to flexible office providers and weighing up the case for shaking up the current approach.

The panel, which also includes Charles Golding from the RICS, GKRE director Douglas Green and LaSalle Investment Management’s Katie Hynard, will also discuss covenant strength in the sector.

Meanwhile, Webb will join panellists including Uncommon co-founder Tania Adir and Knotel’s head of European expansion Chris Namih to talk about the growing importance of customer service in the office market.

Other new speakers include JLL’s head of EMEA corporate research Tom Carroll and Southwark Council’s director of planning Simon Bevan.

The Workspace Conference + Showcase takes place at etc.venues, 155 Bishopsgate, on 4 October.
