Gide Loyrette Nouel, the French law firm, has confirmed its plan to take space at Hammerson’s office scheme at 125 Old Broad Street in the City of London.

As revealed in Property Week (26.10.07) Gide will take three floors in former home of the London Stock Exchange close to the Bank of England at 125 Old Broad Street.

It is moving from CityPoint at 1 Ropemaker Street and the move will treble its office space to 33,000 sq ft.

It will take occupation during the third quarter of 2008.

It is thought to be paying £60-£65/sq ft.

It now has 55 fee earners in London and senior partner Pierre Raoul-Duval said: ‘This is a significant move for Gide Loyrette Nouel, and underlines our commitment to grow our London operations.’
