Frogmore secures Ovo Energy pre-let in Notting Hill

Independent energy supplier Ovo Energy has signed a pre-let for 21,000 sq ft of office space at Frogmore’s 69 Notting Hill Gate ahead of a planned international expansion.

Ovo Energy has taken a 10-year lease within the south block of Frogmore’s Notting Hill Estate at a rent in excess of £60/sq ft. It is a second major pre-let for the real estate fund manager at its Notting Hill Estate in the past three months, following a deal with The Office Group to take 41,000 sq ft in the north block on a 20-year lease.
