A joint venture between Galliard Homes, Probitas Developments and O’Shea has gained planning approval from South Oxfordshire Council for a £50m retirement village in Lower Shiplake.
The six-acre retirement village, known as Henley Meadows, will comprise 65 new homes including one, two and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and 2 to 3 bedroom cottages within an assisted living village.
