Fashion retailer Gap has opened a 10,000 sq ft store at Southside Shopping Centre in Wandsworth, south London.
The 530,000 sq ft shopping centre is owned by Metro Shopping Fund, a joint venture between Delancey and Land Securities.
The joint venture is on site with a £20m mixed-use development on the Garratt Lane entrance to the centre, which will add 20,000 sq ft of additional retail space and a new façade to the site.
River Island, Oliver Bonas, Mothercare, Primark and Waitrose are among the other tenants at Southside.
