GE Real Estate has appointed Ilaria del Beato as the its new UK managing director.
Del Beato joined GE Real Estate UK in 2003, and was previously responsible for overseeing asset management and transactions in the company’s £4.4bn UK portfolio.
She replaces Mike Rowan, who left the position to become GE Real Estate Americas equity president.
GE Real Estate has also appointed Mike Bryant to the new position of managing director of international debt at GE Real Estate International.
He will oversee the structure and purchase of debt finance and the origination of property loans.
