Gladman Developments has signed up four occupiers at its Arnhall Business Park in Aberdeen.
Healthcare company Abermed, hardware company Annixter, marine electronics firm Kongsberg Maritime and communications company RigNet have agreed leases totalling 15,000 sq ft at Abercrombie Court in Westhill.
They have taken leases between five and 15 years for units from 2,200 sq ft to 5,250 sq ft at rents between £17.50/sq ft and £18.50/sq ft.
FG Burnett and James Barr advised Gladman Developments.,
Gladman development manager, Susan Pegg, said: ‘Abercrombie Court is one of our best performing assets and it is encouraging that the development continues to attract both occupiers and investors.’
