Gladman Developments has teamed up with United Business Centres to open a portfolio of serviced offices across its portfolio.

The partners declined to state how many centres would be opened but said the first would be Gladman’s 90,000 sq ft Hurricane Court, near Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport. It is expected to open this summer.

David Gladman, director of Gladman Developments, said: ‘This joint venture with UBC will provide us with a number of business incubators, allowing occupiers an easy entry level to our office developments, from where we hope they will prosper and grow into the larger office units on the same scheme.

'The meeting and conferencing facilities on offer at the new centres will also enhance the range of services available to other occupiers.’

Gladman Developments is best known a speculative office and industrial developer.

The Cheshire-based company, has spent more than £100m a year on average, developing office space, predominantly in the north of England. It has more than 1m sq ft under construction presently.
