Government backs three Belfast retail projects

Launching a regeneration strategy for the city, Spellar pledged government support for Dutch developer AM’s Victoria Square, a retail-led redevelopment of the Royal Avenue/Cathedral Way area, where Ewart is assembling a site, and a new masterplan of the north-west shopping area, around Westfield’s Castle Court shopping centre.
